JCQ Bilingual Preschool is looking for English instructors who are enthusiastic about teaching.

Prospective candidates:
-having an interest in Japanese culture and working with Japanese people
-having excellent communication skills and are eager to learn new things
-holding a university degree (degree in education/early childhood preferred)
-having at least 2 years experience of teaching (preferrably kindergarten age level)
-management experience preferred
-are patient, active, friendly and flexible
-are careful and thoughtful
-are team player and proactively support others

Main duties and responsibility:
1. Lesson planning and curriculum creation
2. Managing and supervising other native staffs
2. Teaching lesson effectively and offering attractive lesson for the kids
3. Evaluating students properly
4. Being loyal and cooperative to the employer
5. Attending meetings, events, and other activities, if required

Work hours
-Monday to Saturday (actual working days up to 5 days per week)
-Between 7.15am and 7.30pm (actual working hours up to 8 hours per day)
