海外取引・海外子会社に関する法律その他の英語文献・英語サイトの調査、海外案件のサポート業務など
Provide searches of literature and web-sites such as laws, acts and others in English related to overseas business and subsidiaries, and support of overseas business and matters

①商法、民法、知的財産法、税法の分野における実務経験
②カリフォルニア州又はニューヨーク州の弁護士資格
1.Experience in Commercial Law, Civil Law, Law of Intellectual Property and Tax Law
2.California or New York State Licensed Attorney

● Contract Type:
　正社員（勤務開始後6カ月間は試用期間として契約社員となります）
　Full Time (Trial period for the first 6 months. During the trial period, contract conditions such as salary are the same as full time.)

● Working Hours:
　午前9時～午後6時 （1時間の休憩を含む）
　9am~6pm (includes a one-hour break)

● Other compensation:
　賞与（年2回） / 昇給（年1回） / 時間外手当 / 通勤手当（月3万円まで）
