[Position]
Server Side/ Cloud Infra Engineer

[Job details]
- Participate in the team to deploy more multiple services and improve the current IT engineer oriented service.
- Optimize GCP architecture, DB design and enhance the entire system.
- Create a distinctive culture with the close engagement between service team and design team.
- Working in a team of less than 20 members who are at their 20s with collaborative, effective and strong communication skills.

[Job specifications]
- Site Reliability Engineering
- Involve in infrastructure engineer and maintenance for the current service and other new under planning stage media services.
- Site performance tuning
- Construction of monitoring system
- Database management
- Refactor of source code, partial renewal
- Deployment automation.

[Must have skills]
-Japanese Level:N2
- Experiences in operation and development of web application
- Experiences in using cloud platforms including Google Cloud Platform
- Those who are not only capable of architecture but also solving problems related to entire process of product development.

[Nice to have skills]
- Experiences in development with Go
- Experiences in using Github
- Experiences in using Google Cloud Platform
- Experiences in setting up environment using Webpack
- Experiences in using Docker
- Experiences in using at least 2 out of the following frameworks: Vue.js, React.js, Angular
- Experience in Reactive Programming
- Experience in flux・Redux
- Experience in using configuration management tool.
- Experience in setting up continuous integration (CI)
- Experiences as a lead engineer

【仕事内容】
- エンジニア向けサービスを複数展開していきます。それに伴い、各サービスのシステム面を横軸で最適化していくチームへのジョインとなります。
- GCPアーキテクチャの最適化、DB設計の最適化など、広範囲でシステム全体の改善を行っていただきます。
- サービス / チーム共にまだ発展途上なので、デザイン / チームの文化などから一緒につくっていただきます。
- コンサルティング営業やデザイナー、広報などを含めた20名弱のチームで密にコミュニケーションをとりながら仕事を進めます。
- メンバーのほとんどが20代です。
- チームメンバー間のコミュニケーションが活発です。

■業務内容
- Site Reliability Engineering
- 現在のサービスやその他新規メディア立ち上げに伴うインフラ開発、開発環境の整備
- サイトパフォーマンスチューニング
- 監視システム構築
- DB管理
- ソースコードのリファクタ、部分リニューアル
- 統合ユーザー管理システムの開発
- デプロイ自動化

■開発環境
- 言語：PHP,Go,JavaScript
- フレームワーク：CakePHP,Echo,Vue.js
- DB：PostgreSQL
- インフラ：GCP(GKE, GCE, GAE, and more)

【必須スキル・経験】
- Webアプリケーションの開発運用経験
- Google Cloud Platformを含むクラウドサービス使用経験
- アーキテクチャだけではなく、プロダクト全体の問題解決をやりたい人
