【Position】
SEO Marketer role at a successful, actively expanding Online Media and HR company, right in Shibuya.

【Job Details】
・SEO of the companies' Inhouse Websites, e.g. Job Posting sites for professionals, information sites, etc
・Occasionally there are opportunities to participate in the planning of SEO for newly developed businesses and services
・Potential career path to SEO Director
・Team-based service improvement work in teams of 4-10 Marketers and Engineers
・Wide office space with amazing view over the city landscape of central Tokyo
・Applying from abroad is possible, but the final interview has to be conducted in person in Japan (please only apply if you would be prepared to pay the travel expenses yourself)

【Necessary Experience/Skills】
・Business level Japanese Proficiency above N2 level, both written and spoken
Any one out of the following
① Fulltime work experience with SEO
② Knowledge of SEO in a director level position
③ Fulltime work experience with Listing and Content Marketing, interest in challenging yourself with SEO work and utilizing the aforementioned experience

・専門職向け求人サイト、情報サイトなど、弊社が運営しているオウンドサイトのSEO全般を担当していただきます。
・新規事業開発も随時行なっており、実績に応じて新規サービスのSEO設計を経験できます。
・いわゆる内部施策はもちろん、コンテンツの企画から制作進行まで、オウンドメディアの成長に関わる領域を広範囲に実行者としてやりきっていただけます。
・インハウスSEOの知識を足がかりにディレクターへキャリアチェンジするなど、事業会社ならではのキャリアが描けるポジションです。

①事業会社でSEO担当を経験されていた方
