-CTI Network L1 – Working with the Global team (GCC) is responsible for managing all of Japan Network devices.
-Maintain, manage and operate the network infrastructure for all Citigroup in Japan
-On Call 24/7/365 with the possibility of working beyond normal shifts.
-Create report for network activity
-Provide proper training for team members including JCC analysts.
- Daily administration and oversight of the network and computer systems
- Establishing networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
- The design and implementation of new solutions and improving resilience of the current environment
- Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects/integration on network optimization
- Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources
- Securing network system by establishing and enforcing policies
- Reporting network operational status by gathering, and prioritizing information
- Upgrading data network equipment to latest stable image releases
- Configuration of routing and switching equipment
- Capacity management of network devices
