Bigbeat Inc. is a B2B advertising company specializing in sales promotion. Working with top brand companies in the B2B market, we do much more than sell ad spots and provide event support—we are proud to work closely with our clients to produce high-quality advertising plans that use the most effective means of communications for optimum results.

Recruitment Background:
A majority of our clients are Japanese subsidiaries of leading foreign (mainly American) ICT manufacturers. Recently, we have been receiving direct inquiries from our clients’ overseas headquarters requesting our event planning and management services in Japan. In addition, our outbound projects, including exhibitions for Japanese companies in other Asian countries, have also been growing in number. As a result, we would like to recruit additional native English-speaking professionals with knowledge of Japanese business practices to join our team in Tokyo. In this position, successful candidates will work with us to further our global business activities and build our foundation in overseas markets.

Job Description:
Advertising Company Marketing and Sales Support

The mission of this role is to create projects overseas. This will involve a wide range of activities, from progressing current overseas projects to the generation of new inbound and outbound business.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
■ Marketing (including PR)
・Market research and lead generation
・Planning and execution of market strategy
・Dissemination of company information (using the company media, SNS, etc.)

■ Sales Support
・Communication with client companies related to sales (including visits to clients)
・Communication with colleagues and outside partners related to sales
・Planning, management and operation of events
・Development of new projects to expand inbound and outbound business
・Translation and interpretation support
・Event management involving business trips domestically and overseas

Required Qualifications:
・Native level English
・Business level Japanese (reading, writing, daily conversation)
・Understanding and knowledge of Japanese business culture
・Experience in marketing or sales
・Currently living in Japan
・Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
・Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:
・Good communication and negotiation skills

・Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with members from a wide variety of fields
・Ability to multitask
・Interest and ambition to take on socially-important business and help our company grow

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the following fields:
・Marketing or sales for an IT company
・Marketing or sales for an advertising, PR, or marketing company
・Conducting international business projects between Japan and overseas

＜Terms of Employment＞

Employment type: Permanent employee
Working hours: 09:30-18:30 (with one-hour break, total of 8 working hours)
Salary: JPY 291,000-348,000 (includes fixed overtime allowance of up to 45 hours)
　*Salary will be determined based on skills and experience
Incentives, etc.: Incentive system based on results (as a bonus)
Benefits: Social insurance, transportation allowance
Holidays: Weekends (Saturday, Sunday), national holidays, New Year's holiday, paid vacation (after 6 months)
Trial period: 3 months
