NOVA Holdings Co.Ltd. is looking for a HR (Human Resources) Manager for recruiting and Training ALTs. We are seeking an enthusiastic leader who accomplishes the challenges the role, a team-player who has a passion for all tasks and is professional in all aspects, as well as flexible, cheerful, and energetic.

≪Duties≫
・Build relationship with ALTs as a Leader and have smooth communication with Japanese staff
・Conveying the feedback and requests to ALTs from schools and BOEs
・Observing ALT’s classes at school and give them instructions for improvement.
・Recruiting the necessary number of ALTs for vacant positions
while planning the recruitment process in cooperation with the Japanese staff
・Planning and carrying out the ALT training.
・Be able to teach Japanese teachers especially Elementary school HRTs for the purpose of
building up English teaching ability.
・Be able to cover an ALT’s schedule when necessary in Elementary schools and Junior High
schools
･Be able to coordinate over all ALT dispatching contracts.

≪Requirements≫
・Bachelor`s degree
・Teaching experience (ALT experience preferred)
Hiring experience (HR experience preferred)
・Conversation level Japanese
・Valid residence/visa status(Tourist and Student Visa not accepted)
・Professional attitude, team-player, flexible, cheerful, and energetic
・Punctual and Time diligent.
・Able to conduct interviews with many applicants who would like to be apart of our Team as an
ALT in a professional manner.

≪Remuneration≫
・14,000 yen-15,000 yen per working day
・Full Transportation cost covered
・Regular working hours 10 am- 7 pm (Included 1 hour break)
（There is possibility of changing to start and finish time at company’s request）
・Regular working days 5 day a week /Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur, Fri,
