Noah Global Corporation is looking for enthusiastic and fun loving English teachers to join our team in Tochigi prefecture starting from January or by　the mid February 2022 the latest. Noah is based in Sano and Ashikaga.

We are looking for native English speaker with a minimum of a college degree. It is essential to have a passion for teaching and love for children. They should be flexible and willing to work as a team.

The job mainly involves teaching children from ages 3 to 12, but there is a possibility of teaching teens and adults too. We also send our teachers to several local kindergartens and companies. Our teachers are all trained in the MAT METHOD and are required to teach based on it. All training is provided and full support given throughout to share ideas and discuss any training matters. Working hours are generally from 1:00pm to 10:00pm; this includes an hour break plus all preparation and teaching time.(some days start early and finish early) On average, a teacher has four to six classes a day, each of which is either 40. 50 or 60 minutes long. The schools are open Monday to Saturday, with each teacher working five out of the six days and having two days off per week (not consecutively, depending on the schedule). We have four weeks of holiday a year, plus other days off according to our school calendar.

Teachers are also expected to take part in and be in charge for events we have throughout the year, such as Easter and Christmas parties, recital, Summer and Winter camps.

Visa sponsorship and assistance with finding housing and other necessities will be provided. Also you will be covered with social security pension and health insurance. The owners are the Christian ministers in the market place trying to run business on the Christian morals and concept.
