What we are looking for:

We have just launched our japanese site jp.jobtome.com and we are looking for a local presence to growth our client base.

You’ll be the point of contact between our sales team leader and our growing portfolio in Japan

After a training from our headquarters you’ll be provided with a list of potential clients that you’ll contact via email and/or phone.

After first contact, you’ll discuss with sales team leader about the strategies to turn the prospect into a client

To sum up, you will:

Manage and grow a client portfolio
Building strong relationship with C-Levels and account managers of our top clients
Collaborate with sales team leader in order to optimize channels and meet CPA and budget goals
Discuss with sales team leader about PPC campaign proposals dealing with clients via email, telephone and Skype, answering inquiries about Jobtome PPC structure and best practices
Actively identify high potential opportunities to incorporate in sales strategy
Maintain high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on customer loyalty

Must have:
Welcome Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
Familiarity with Internet industry and tech startups
Native Japanese Speaker
Fluency in written and oral English
Nice to have:
Master's Degree in Business, Communication, Marketing or related
Experience in fast growing internet companies
Experience in Online Marketing, Business Development and/or Account Management
