IT Associate will be working under the guidance of the Director responsible for rolling out our new database and streamline technologies and business processes.

Job Responsibilities:

There are a wide variety of roles that this professional may perform while at Apex; however, the 2 main roles will be to support the day-to-day operational work of the Director responsible for
a. Cleaning up data in our current database in order to smoothly transfer it to our new database as well as making sure for a smooth roll out of our new database in the company
b. Developing more efficient tools and processes including but not limited to company intranet, synced reporting, and data security.

●　Organize data from internal and external data sources
●　Categorize data and help improve sales and marketing automation
●　Help research trends and prepare processes for our new database
●　Develop an efficient company intranet from scratch
●　Learn and create processes to enforce data security, privacy of information, and technical efficiency of workflow throughout front and back-office functions
●　Support all IT efforts including but not limited to Network, Phones, PCs (software & hardware)
●　Complete projects requested by Director

Qualifications:
●　Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
●　Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
●　Technical experience and skills with HTML( Skills with Microsoft Office, and Google Docs, Google Sites, Google Apps, Windows 10 environment are preffered)
●　Passion and interest in the latest technology
●　Creative and flexible
●　Detail oriented
●　Accountable for own tasks
