≪Work Description≫

At major manufacturers in Osaka, Kyoto, Shiga, and Hyogo (all of which have many urban stations),
You will be involved in the start-up of new facilities and equipment (electrical design/PLC control)
and debugging of existing facilities and equipment, and internal adjustments.

★Attractive points of the company★
(1) You can work in the Kansai area only, so you do not have to worry about transferring to a distant location.
Because we undertake part of the development from the customer in the form of consignment, not dispatch,
once you are assigned to a project, you will work in the same project for as long as you do not wish to be transferred.
Unlike general dispatch, there is no need to worry about changing assignments or waiting.
※There are many people who have worked for the same company for more than 20 years.

(2) Benefits: Family allowance, housing allowance, and moving allowance for those who need to move are very well provided.
In the case of moving from a distant place, if you move from outside the Kansai area, 300,000 yen will be transferred to your first salary as moving expenses.
In the case of moving from within the Kansai area, 200,000 yen will be transferred to the first salary.

≪Application requirements≫
・More than 2 years of experience in PLC programming and control design
・Must be able to work on both software design and hardware design (first few years will start from hardware design).
・Must be able to come to our office in Osaka for a face to face interview (transportation expenses are at your own expense).

≪Salary≫※The following salaries will start at the time of hire (with pay raises)
・Assumed annual income
3,520,000 yen to 3,760,000 yen + overtime (full payment)
☆For 20 hours of overtime・・・About 3,900,000 yen to about4,230,000 yen

・Monthly salary
Single: 250,000 yen + overtime ※including housing allowance
Married: 270,000 yen + overtime ※including housing allowance, +5,000 yen per child

≪Allowances≫
Moving allowance (300,000 yen from outside Kansai, 200,000 yen from within Kansai)
Overtime allowance
Attendance allowance
Family allowance (20,000 yen/child 5,000 yen even if there is no duty of spporting of the spouse)
Housing allowance (20,000 yen)
Position allowance (10,000 yen)

Once (June)

Twice (July and December, average 3 months)

·Work location
Project destinations in Osaka, Kyoto, Shiga and Hyogo
※Commuting by car or motorcycle is possible.
※The work place is fixed and there is basically no project change.
※If there are unavoidable circumstances at the project site, there is a possibility of transfer within the Kansai area.

Full five-day workweek (Saturday, Sunday, Holiday, 123 days off per year)
10 to 20 days of annual paid leave (lower limit is the number of days granted after half a year of joining the company)

【仕事内容】

大阪・京都・滋賀・兵庫(いずれも都会の駅が多いです。)内の大手メーカーにて
新規設備や装置の立ち上げ(電気設計/PLC制御)や既存設備・装置のデバック・社内調整などに
携わって頂きます。

【応募要件】

・PLCプログラミング・制御設計経験2年以上
・ソフト設計とハード設計両方に携われる方(最初の数年はハード設計からのスタートになります)
・大阪の事務所まで対面面接にいらっしゃれる方(交通費は自費です)

・JLPT N2レベルか同程度の会話能力をお持ちの方

【給与】※入社時は下記の給与からのスタートとなります(昇給あり)

<想定年収>
352万円~376万円+残業代(全額支給)

☆残業20Hの場合・・・約390万円~約423万円

<月給>
独身の方:25万円+残業代※住宅手当込み
結婚してる方:27万円+残業代※住宅手当込み・お子様1人につき+5000円

<手当>
引越手当(関西外からだと30万円、関西圏内だと20万円)
