Full time　Native English Head Teacher - Tokyo, Hamura（到期)

We are recruiting native English speaker with experienced in teachers who can provide training and guidance to English teachers as well as native English speaking English teachers with well experienced teaching kinder, elementary and junior high school age children and over 16 years old with a designated textbook and syllabus.
Teaching English conversation and phonics, preparing lesson materials and planning, classroom management, writing reports of the lessons and the students, to help plan seasonal events such as Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas (we also have seasonal classes during the spring and summer breaks).
Teaching Saturday school and After school for Kids (age between 1st to 6th grade)
Taking care of pre-school as needed
Classroom management including cleaning, set up class room, organizing, greeting and seeing off students, and others required.
Writing reports of the lessons and the students

-Salary:230,000 to 280,000
＊depends on skills, experience and performance
＊salary is determined after trial period
＊trial period will be 200,000
＊Commuting subsidy up to 20,000 yen/month
(Part-time position is also available)

-Currently live in Tokyo close to Hamura and have a valid visa (or have SOFA status).
-English native speaker and experience with teaching.
-A responsible and a trust-worthy person who genuinely likes working with children.
-Creative in teaching activity and finding new ways to teach English to children and being able to adjust the way of teaching depend on students personality.
-Flexible ideas to deal with children.
-Can cooperate and help other teachers and co-worker
-Has a sense of responsibility and organizing your staffs
-The most important what we do is to have students fun and to make student study English interesting.
-Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Have a positive attitude and passion for teaching English to children.
-Creative in finding new ways to teach English to children.
-Flexible ideas to deal with children.
-Can cooperate and help other teachers and staff.
-Has a sense of responsibility.
-Attend meetings, events, other activities, when required.


=Working Hours=
Tuesday-Saturday 10:00 to 19:00 or 13:00 to 21:00( depends on class schedule)

-Trial period (1 to 3 months) depends on experience, performance and skills etc.


Holiday
Sunday, Monday, national holidays, summer and New Year holiday. Other school closure dates.
