We are looking for a full-time Native English Teacher for our School in Honjo City, Saitama. This is a great chance for someone who loves the outdoors, with activities like Kayaking and Skiing close by. Honjo City is an hour and a half train ride by the local JR Line from Tokyo and a 20-minute ride from Takasaki City. This would be a great opportunity for those with a working holiday visa as well!

At Anne Mary's, we teach English conversation to children and adults of all ability levels. Our students range from the ages of 3 to 70 years old. Class sizes are small (Max of 4 students) and this is a great chance to really become part of their lives, to get to know the students, and become part of the community.

Duties:
- Classes are from Mon - Fri with lessons between 2:00pm-8:30pm (6.5 hours - fixed).
- Lessons range from 30 – 40 minutes.
- Students include Kindergarten, Elementary, Junior High School, High School, Workers &
Seniors.
- Working hours do include lesson planning so there is no overtime needed.
- Participate in school events e.g., Halloween, Christmas, etc.

Salary
- JPY260,000~270,000/month

- Spring & Winter Vacations are about 1 to 2 weeks long which allows teachers to travel or
even visit their families back home.

Accommodation
- A fully furnished & spacious company apartment (1LDK, 45.36sq. meters) is provided at a
subsidized rate of JPY45,000/ month.
- The apartment is a 4-minute walk from the School.
- The apartment is a 6-minute walk from Honjo Station with multiple Supermarkets and
Convenience Stores close by.

Requirements:
- Ideal candidate: We are looking for bright, fun, outgoing individuals, who are Native English
speakers... if you can sing, it's a BIG PLUS.
- Someone who could create conversations with the students.
- We do require that you have a proper working visa initially, although we will be able to
provide sponsorship extensions when necessary.
- Working Holiday visa is acceptable; however, we require the applicant to have a Bachelor's
Degree.
