We are looking for a new Instructor to join our new after school division team who:

Are Native English Speakers / fluent English speakers*
Are active and energetic, and have enthusiasm in teaching children aged 3-12;
Are independent and creatively minded, ready to innovate and adapt in any circumstance;
Able to create and plan fun curriculums that match with students’ learning milestone;
Comfortable contributing to and working in a team environment;
Are currently living in Japan with a valid visa for work (Visa sponsor is available for the right candidate after 6 months)
Experience teaching English and/or working with children is a must. It is essential to be able to comfortably working with and playing with kids!

Our curriculum concepts are based on the Montessori and Reggio approach. Knowledge of Montessori and Reggio is highly preferred.

We welcome English speakers from a variety of regions with varying dialects and accents; however, we ask that you are able to effectively teach and express these concepts in a phonetically natural English environment.


Working Hours
School opening from 10:30 to 20:00
5 days: Monday- Friday ( May be required to work on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays for special events. )
9 hours (include 1 hour break) a day between the open hours.
Shift schedule: 10:30am-7:30pm, 11:00am-8:00pm

Salary
Starting from 250,000JPY / month depending on experiences (Evaluation after 6 months)
