Description
We are looking for fluent or native English speakers to teach 5th and 6th graders (10-12 years old) in our afterschool program. Our goal is to support their school learning while preparing them for the demands of junior high school by introducing more intensive phonics and writing practice.
Salary: 3000/hour
Time: 17:00-19:10
We are looking for people who can work Mondays and/or Fridays
Location: Monday (Kokubunji) Friday (Hachioji)
Transportation: Compensation up to 1000/day
All applications will be considered, but preference will be given to those who:
- can speak Japanese (conversational)
- have experience teaching children
- enjoy interacting with children
- are energetic
- people who can start immediately
College students are also welcome if you can come to teach every Monday and/or every Friday.
