A research hospital in Tokyo is seeking healthy participants for clinical study groups in January and February.

The compensation is JPY 317,000 for completing one of the studies, which will be for medication designed to treat symptoms of Covid-19.

Applicants first attend a screening session which lasts about three hours. During the session, we will explain about the study procedure and schedule, and each participant receives a free health check. At the end of the session, each participant receives JPY 5,000 to cover their time/transportation expense. These sessions will be held in late January and early February.

Participants who pass the screening will be invited to participate in a clinic stay lasting 9 nights. The hospital provides meals, wi-fi, game consoles, English-language magazines and movies during the clinic stay. Following the clinic stay, participants will return to the clinic for one follow-up check lasting about two hours.
