P6 Scheduler – EPC Projects
Experienced EPC project scheduler required in an engineering center and the qualified candidate will be part of the scheduling team.
Job Description
• Set up WBS structure, and work with management and project team in the development of detailed work break down structure, scheduling, and project control.
• Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities shown in the project schedule.
• Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves).
• Reports and analyses deviations from plan to be reported to project management.
• Analyze critical areas between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the responsible person/ section.
• Participate in meetings (i.e. schedule review meeting, progress meeting, coordination meeting, etc.) as required.
• Coordinate schedule from multiple parties and incorporate the information gathered into the overall project master schedule.
Skills:
• Basic operation of Primavera P6 (creation and update of schedule)
• Basic Excel operations (simple functions, pivot table creation, etc.)
• Strong verbal and written communication in English language.
• Some Japanese language communication skill
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in engineering or related degree
• At least 5 years’ scheduling experience.
• Prior experience in EPC projects.
