Back-end Application, Lead Engineer at Fintech Company（到期)

【Outline】
Fintechを運用する会社（日本企業）が開発したアプリ（買い物をすると暗号化資産をポイントとして貰えるアプリ）を開発する仕事です。　全世界を対象に1000万ユーザーを獲得すべく、アプリの仕様の変更と開発を行う仕事になります。
To develop Application (for getting points in Crypto-asset when shopping) which is developed by Japanese Fintech Company. The company is aiming to obtain 10 million subscribers in the world by the sophisticated application.

【Responsibilities】
- バックエンドサービスのシステム設計、開発、ロールアウト、運用に携わる。
- 多様な文化的背景を持つエンジニアのチームをリードする。
- 他のエンジニアの設計・実装レビューを率先して行う。
- アーキテクチャ、デザイン、スケーラビリティ、パフォーマンスに関する問題を解決する。
- CI/CDを用いた自動化による開発効率の向上
- Engage in the system design, development, rollout, and operation of our backend service.
- Lead a team of engineers with a diverse cultural background.
- Take the initiative in conducting design/implementation reviews for other engineers.
- Resolve issues regarding architecture, design, scalability, and performance.
- Improve development efficiency by automation using CI/CD.

【Application conditions】
-　言語：英語　流暢、　日本語　日常会話レベル(JLPT N3)
- PHP（Laravel、CakePHP）を用いたバックエンドアプリケーションの開発経験3年以上
- データベース管理（MySQLなど）の経験
- CI/CD（Jenkins、Codebuild、Code deployなど）の使用経験
- AWS、Azureなどのシステムインフラの経験
- 開発チームのマネジメント経験
- SDLCの全プロセス（企画、制作、テスト、デプロイ）の経験
- ユニットテストの作成経験

- Language : Fluent in English , Conversational in Japanese(JLPT N3)
- Minimum 3 years experiences of developing Backend applications using PHP (Laravel, CakePHP, etc.)
- Experience in database management (MySQL, etc.)
- Experience in CI/CD (Jenkins, Code build, Code deploy, etc.)
- Experience in system infrastructure on AWS, Azure, etc.
- Experience in managing Development Team
- Experience in the whole SDLC process (planning, creating, testing, deploy)
- Experience in writing Unit Tests
