General Kitchen Work.
1: Being interested in American barbecue
2: Meat smoking and preparation
3: Meat slicing and cutting for serving
4: Operating smoker
5: Developing new products
6: Studying barbecue-related knowledge

Since the brand plans to open several restaurants, there are opportunities for you to become managers as well. Current employees come from China, the United States, Nepal, Japan, etc. as an international team. We work together to gather ideas from each other for operation. <Job Position and Salary>
Pit crew ,Pit master , Pit boss　
Monthly salary 210,000-300,000 yen + incentive
* Based on experience, ability, and existing salary
* There is a trial period (3 months)
* Part-time work is possible (1200 yen/hour)
* There is an incentive depending on the monthly sales
* There is a chance to raise salary or be promoted regardless of age or working years.

<Working hours>
9:00-23:00 by Shift Early/late shift system
(8 hours of actual working with breaks)
* There is no wasted overtime work or excessive work.

仕事は調理業務全般をお願いします。
1:アメリカバーベキューに興味を持っています
2:肉のスモーク、仕込み
3:肉の切る作業、料理を提供する
4:スモーカーを扱う
5:新商品を開発する
6:バーベキューの知識を勉強する

当ブランドはさらなる多店舗化を視野に出店をしていきますので、経営幹部になれるチャンスも⽤意しています。従業員は、中国、アメリカ、ネパール、日本など、多国籍のスタッフが在籍しており、お互いのアイデアを出しながら力を合わせて運営しています。「国際的で楽しいチーム」を目指している当社では、定期的にインターナショナルメンバーのパーティーも開催しています！
