Description

-Office Management-
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems;reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clericalfunctions.
• Adhere to office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuringresults against standards; making necessary adjustments.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports;summarizing information; identifying trends.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; schedulingexpenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
• Work closely with Singapore HQ ensure compliance and accomplishing relatedresults as needed.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuringthat all items are invoiced and paid on time.

-Procurement Management-
• Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually sourcing for qualityvendors to support business needs.
• Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance thevalue of products purchased, ensuring the quality and the timeliness ofdeliveries.
• Communicating with management regularly regarding the efficient flow ofgoods and services affecting the business.
• Working closely with the restaurant manager and head chef to meet the targetsset for the business and to resolve any day-to-day operational issues.


-Requirement-
• Proven office management and administrative experience.
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems, and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to speak Mandarin/ Cantonese will be a must.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures.
• Currently living in Japan
