◆What We Do
We connect Japan and the rest of the world by providing a marketplace for Japanese products in over 14 languages through our ZenMarket proxy buying platform.

◆Why We Are Hiring
This year we have reached almost 1.25 million users and are shipping to over 150 countries; however, we are still looking to grow and bring our products to over 20 countries in the next year. As part of this expansion, we are planning to add a Turkish language version to our website. We are looking for energetic Native Turkish speakers to take our first steps in bringing our services to Turkey.

<About the Position>
◆Position Title
・Turkish Language Customer Support

◆Duties Include
・Responding to customer inquiries
・Coordinating with various teams to answer customer questions and solve customer problems
・Supervising part-time operators
・Other related tasks (Translation, etc.)

◆Example Day at Work
9~10 Morning routine: Get coffee, say hi to everyone, check your messages from the day before.
10~12 Catch up: Handle outstanding tickets that came in overnight
12~13 Lunch Break
13~14 Squad up: Help out other departments with minor tasks and translations
15~17 Chat Support: Handle customer questions and concerns
17~18 Wrap up: Chat with your overseas operators and answer any questions before going home for the day.

◆Employment Type
・Contract Employee (Full Time)
※Permanent employment is available three years after joining the company. (Many members have become permanent employees)

◆Working Hours
・9:15 ~ 18:15
→Two days off per week.
Year-end and new years holidays
22 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

・¥230,000+ per month (Based on previous experience and ability)
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)

・Raise once per year
・Transportation Allowance (Up to ¥15,000 per month)
・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute)
・Unemployment Insurance, National Health Insurance, Worker’s Accident Insurance
・Business casual dress code (No suit required)
・Moving Allowance (For people moving from outside of Osaka Prefecture)

<Who We Are Looking For>
・Someone with good communications skills, with experience working in an office and who brings a positive attitude to their work
・Someone excited to grow with us ambitiously as we continue to expand
・Someone able to cooperate with people of many different ages, nationalities, and backgrounds in a professional setting.

◆Must-Have Skills
・Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
・Business Level English (TOEIC 800 or above)
・Native level Turkish

◆Preferred Skills
・Experience working in small to medium-sized companies
・Experience working in e-commerce companies or working as customer support
・Basic knowledge of HTML
・Other language skills







09~10 朝のルーティン:コーヒーを入れ、メンバーに挨拶、前日までのメッセージを確認
10~12  キャッチアップ:前日までのチケットを確認し、取り組む
12~13  お昼休憩
13~14  他部署との協力:他部門から依頼された翻訳や雑務に取り組む
15~17  チャットサポート:お客様からの質問や心配点にお答えする
17~18  ウォームアップ :退社前に、海外オペレーターからの質問にチャットで答える



・9時15分 ~ 18時15分




・日本語能力試験 N2以上の日本語能力
