【Job Description】
＜Front Desk Operation in general＞
・Check-in / check-out correspondence,
・Handling reservations.
・Introduction of sightseeing spots
・Telephone answering（Japanese,English,
etc)
・Complaint response,etc.

【Working Hours】
8 hours per a day on shift system (Night shift is also available)

【仕事内容】
＜フロント業務を行っていただきます＞
・チェックイン、チェックアウト等のフロント・ロビー業務
・宿泊予約の管理業務
　（メールや電話などによる予約を社内システムに入力する作業など）
・周辺の案内や観光名所の行き方などインフォメーション業務
・電話応対
　（宿泊しているお客さまからの内線応対、宿泊に関する外線応対など）
・クレーム対応　など

【勤務時間】
１日あたりの実働８時間のシフト制です。（ナイトシフトもあります）
