[Job Description]
・New application development
・Web Development Service
・New Web Services Development, Smartphone Applications and new Functionality Development
・You will be involved in a wide range of projects managed by a major recruitment company, including web services and new businesses launched within the company

[Requirements]
・High conversational to business level proficiency in Japanese
・Programming experience of more than 2 years with any one out of the following:
1. Web application (or WebAPI) experience with Ruby, Python, Node.js, PHP, Java
2. Development experience using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React also, Native development experience of Swift / Objective-C, Android
3. Web Service Operation Experience
4. Database Design / Setip Experience
5. Business Negotiation Experience (Client meetings, Sales)

[Welcome Experience/Skills]
・Development experience using GIT.

[Welcome Personality]
・People with high technical knowledge very welcome!
・experience in web development projects with multiple stakeholders
・Wordpress development · Experience in developing on large systems

[Salary]
・Yearly start salary of about 3.3 Million Yen to 5 Million Yen based on skills and experience
・Incentives paid out twice yearly (June, December) depending on the success of the individual department

[Working days and hours]
・7h30min Work time per day (Complete Flex Time, choose your own hours)
・Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays off

『業務内容の詳細』
・新規のアプリ開発、WEBサービス開発
　→案件はリクルートグループ５０％、それ以外５０％
・自社サイト「レシポ！」の新規機能開発
・ユーザー数の多い、生活密着型ネイティブアプリの新規開発、運用
※スマホにプリインストールされるアプリ開発案件もあります
・大手IT企業と協働で行う、IoT、AIプロジェクトへのエンジニアとし
ての参加
※いずれも、自社開発、または受託であっても、一次受けのBtoCまたは
B to B to Cの案件なので、企画段階から参加し、エンドユーザーを意
識した開発に携われます。

『必要スキル』
・以下「歓迎するスキル」の2年以上のプログラミング経験
　(言語・環境不問)

『歓迎スキル』
・Gitを利用した開発経験
・Ruby、Python、Node.js、PHP、Java、を用いたWebアプリケーショ
　ン（またはWebAPI）開発経験
・Angular、ReactなどのJavaScriptフレームワークを用いた開発経験

・Webサービスの運営経験

・対外折衝の経験（営業同行、単独での打合せ等）
