Web UX Designer

[Job Description]
・Marketing research (market research · competition survey)
・Target setting, persona setting
・User flow, customer journey map production
・Test web service design work
・Production of web service production / renovation
※ Design and coding businesses cooperate with web designers and HTML coders

[Requirements]
・2+ years Experience in Website/Web Application UX Design
・High conversational level / Business level Japanese (~N2)

[Welcome experience]
・Experience with New Businesses / Start Ups
・Production / Direction experience of Web Applications
・Experience in Web Service Operation
・Analytical work experience

[Welcome Personality]
・Ability to work independently and tackle new situations
・Able to recognize your own strenghts and weaknesses and improve based upon them

[Salary]
・Yearly start salary of about 3.3 Million Yen to 5 Million Yen based on skills and experience
・Incentives paid out twice yearly (June, December) depending on the success of the individual department

[Working days and hours]
・7h30min Work time per day (Complete Flex Time, choose your own hours)
・Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays off

仮説設計、分析、課題調査、webサービスのグロース、といった事業立上げ・事業改善の全工程をワンストップで提案します。

『業務内容の詳細』
・マーケティングリサーチ(市場調査・競合調査)
・ターゲット設定、ペルソナ設定
・ユーザーフロー、カスタマージャーニーマップ制作
・テスト用webサービス設計業務
・webサービス制作・改修のプロデュース
※デザインやコーディング業務は、WEBデザイナー、HTMLコーダーに連携します

『必要スキル』
・UX改善プロジェクト経験
・ウェブデザイン実務経験

・新規事業の立ち上げ経験
・web/アプリ制作のプロデュース、ディレクション経験
