Description

A call center inside of Large EC company is looking for English and Japanese speaker responsible for Chat and Email inquires.

Duties:

Translation and interpretation (English & Japanese);
Chat and email support;

Requirements:
-Fluent level of Japanese;
-Fluent level of English (TOEIC 850);

Preferred skills:
-Korean language (not required);

Working location:
Rakuten building (a call center inside of Rakuten)

Contract type: Dispatch (3 months extendable)
Salary: 1500 (hourly wage)
*Transportation is NOT paid

Working hours: 9:30~18:30 (1 hour break)
Working days: Shift (5 days a week depending on shift)

Holidays / days off: 2 days a week (Shift)
Benefits: Social insurance package
