Brain Power is looking for talented instructors to fill ALT positions in Ikeda City, 30 minutes from Osaka (Umeda) station. If you are a skilled English teacher looking for an ALT position starting in spring 2023, we'd love to have a chance to work together!

■ POSITION DETAILS

・Position term April 2023 - March 2024
・8:30 to 16:15 Monday through Friday
・Elementary and Junior High School mixed
・Transportation allowance provided
※ Paid training at the end of March (must attend)
※ Elementary school blocks possibility to teach at nursery/kindergartens once a month

■ BRAIN POWER SUPPORT

・Paid Training: Paid training is provided before your first day at school, as is follow-up training.
・Visa Sponsorship: Brain Power provides all of our employees with the necessary documents to renew their visas.
・Medical: All of our teachers receive a free health check-up and support paying for influenza vaccinations.
・Transportation: Transportation allowance will be provided.
・Daily Life Support: Our staff is ready to help with anything from work-related problems to daily life support.

■ QUALIFICATIONS

・Friendly and easy to approach
・Self-motivated and active in engaging the students inside and outside the classroom
・Polite, flexible, and helpful to coworkers
・Enjoys spending their free time interacting with students (eating lunch with students, visiting the school clubs, etc.)
・Able to create materials on-site (worksheets, flashcards, etc.) using preparation time wisely
・High communication skills (can communicate effectively with school teachers and office staff)
・Has experience implementing songs / TPR in their lessons
・Japanese conversational skills are required for teacher meetings at the schools
・An affinity with modern Japanese youth culture
