Help desk support [system management]
Resident at a client company to support system migrations such as Office 365.
· Location – Yokohama
· Duration – 2 years
· No of positions 4


-------------【 Requirements 】-------------

■ Required skills
• Experience in System administration.
• Should have good knowledge of Office 365-L2/L3
• Should have experience in Office 365 migration and deployment
• Should have Fluent Japanese language and conversational English level skills.

• Migrated mailboxes/user account from On-prem exchange 2010/13/17 (versions) to O365
cloud
• Experience in Azure AD integration with on-prem Active Directory
• User mailbox migration using Microsoft native migration tools and/or any 3rd party migration
tools – how to deploy, configure, automate, troubleshoot tool setup
• Mail routing and domain configuration
• Providing migration & post-migration level 2 or level 3 support
• In addition to the Level 3 (consultant role) – having experience in Microsoft exchange server
(Version - 2010 / 13 / 17) design, deployment, migration / up-gradation experience, and O365
tenant setup.
