【内容】
多言語コンタクトセンターのオペレーター業務。　
・日本人と外国人との会話通訳
・海外のコールセンターで働くネイティブスタッフの通訳
・メール翻訳等
電話や映像機器を使用し交通機関・店舗・医療施設・公的機関などへの
お問い合わせに関する通訳、メール翻訳などが主となります。

基本通訳・翻訳などのインバウンド業務がメインとなりますが、
状況によりアウトバウンド業務（※）も行っていただく場合がございます。
※アンケート調査、資料送付承諾、営業アポイントの獲得など

【必須スキル】
・土日祝日を含み、週5日勤務が可能な方。
・基本的なPC操作ができる方(Excel・Word)
・日本語、英語が堪能な方
・日本語でビジネスレベルの会話ができる方

・カスタマーサービス経験者大歓迎　
・通訳・翻訳経験のある方歓迎

シフト制

月間165時間程度
①8:30～17:30
②12:00～21:00

Multilingual call center operator
【Main Duties】
+ Interpreting between Japanese and foreign nationals
+ Interpreting for Call Center staff working overseas
+ Mail translation, etc.
Mainly translation of emails, interpreting of calls/video calls regarding inquiries about transportation methods, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc.

This is mainly an inbound position, but depending on the case, sometimes outbound tasks will be required (surveys, requesting documentation, making sales appointments, etc.)

【Necessary Skills】
+ Those who can work on weekends and holidays (5 days shift system)
+ Basic PC skills (Excel, Word)
+ Those who can speak Japanese at a business level

【Desired Skills】
+ Customer service experience welcomed
+ Interpreting/Translation experience welcomed

【Working hours】

*There are night shifts *Subject to change depending on the circumstances
*Work hours are around 165 hours per month
*Work from 22:00 to 5:00 of the following day is restricted to those over 18 years of age
