Description

Brain Power is looking for talented instructors to fill ALT positions in Ikeda City, 30 minutes from Osaka (Umeda) station. If you are a skilled English teacher looking for an ALT position starting immediately, we'd love to have a chance to work together!

■ POSITION DETAILS

・8:30 to 16:15 Monday through Friday
・Will rotate between 3 Elementary schools during the week
・Transportation allowance provided
・Position starts in November
※ Paid training prior to the start of the contract.
・Teachers are required to teach at nursery/kindergartens once a month

■ QUALIFICATIONS

・Friendly and easy to approach
・Self-motivated and active in engaging the students inside and outside the classroom
・Polite, flexible, and helpful to coworkers
・Enjoys spending their free time interacting with students (during free periods, visiting the school clubs, etc.)
・Able to create materials on-site (worksheets, flashcards, etc.) using preparation time wisely
・High communication skills (can communicate effectively with school teachers and office staff)
・Has experience implementing songs / TPR in their lessons
・Japanese conversational skills are required for teacher meetings at the schools
・An affinity with modern Japanese youth culture
