【School Introduction】
G&G's core business is children’s English education targeting 0–12 year olds.

Our mission is to raise "Global Geniuses (GG)" who can be the future leaders of an international society. To be able to speak English fluently is only the first step; what is studied using English is what’s most important. Experienced professionals are teaching art, music, math, science, etc. in English. We also arrange many activities outside the classroom. Education from textbooks and classroom lessons is important, but children learn much more from real-life experiences, and we are trying to provide as many of those opportunities as possible.

Currently, G&G has 3 international schools located in Tokyo, Japan.

【Position / Requirements and Responsibilities】
・Kindergarten / Nursery School Teacher Position:
- Teaching, nursing (with professional bilingual staff), parent communication, event organization, curriculum development (with curriculum management team), etc.
- Have experience in, child education, English education, and/or working in an international school
- Nursery class 0-3 years old, Kindergarten class 3-5 years old

・Kindergarten / Nursery School Principal/Vice-principal Level Position:
- Management of 1 or more schools on experience and skills
- Responsible for “quality management” of assigned school(s) and collaboration with other schools in event organization, curriculum development, etc.
- Have strong leadership skills, team management skills, and a challenging mindset (to try something new/innovative to make schools better)

・After School Teacher Position:
- Teaching, parent communication, event organization, curriculum development (with curriculum management team), etc.
- Have experience in, child education, English education, and/or working in an international school
- After school class 3-5 years old, Elementary school class 6-12 years old

【Working hours】
・Kindergarten / Nursery School
- Monday to Friday 8am – 7pm (8-hour early shift or late shift)
・After School
- Monday to Saturday* 11am – 7pm
*Saturday is a half-day
*You will work 5 days a week per your shift

【Salary】
270,000 yen – 400,000 yen
*Depending on the position, your skills and experience

【Holidays】
- 10 days paid holiday (after the first 6 months)
- Company holidays in summer and winter
