Private JHS/SHS school urgently seeking a teacher with dedication, passion, and energy. If you are interested in working for a private Japanese secondary school, and available from December, please send your resume and cover letter right away.
<JHS and SHS English Teacher in Yokohama-city (From Dec 2018)>
Contract Period: Dec 1 (Sat) 2018 - Mar 8 (Fri) 2019 (14 days probation period)
Location: Yokohama-City (Tokyu Denentoshi Line or/and Odakyu Line)
Salary: 320,000-350,000yen/month (before tax) + transportation
* Depending on experience and qualifications
* March salary is calculated on a day rate basis
Insurance: Social insurance and employment insurance
Working days: Mon-Sat (6 days/week)
Lessons: 15 lessons/week (Oral communication and reading)
Working Hours: 8:40-15:40 (Wed and Sat are half days)
Duties:
* Lesson planning
* Material development
* Correcting papers
* Teaching a spring course
* Attending meetings
<Qualification Requirements>
* Must have a bachelor's degree or higher (Education or language related degree is preferable)
* Min 2 years solo-teaching experience at secondary school
* Capable of making and implementing effective and interesting lessons
* Having excellent classroom management skills
* Having good understand of different cultures and good interpersonal skills
