WORKING CONDITIONS:

Position: English Instructor

Contract Type:
 Full-time, one-year contract (renewable based on performance)
 Part time positions are also available

Work Location: Saitama and Chiba Prefectures

Benefits: Initial two-week comprehensive training
 Transportation is paid up to 30,000 yen a month
 Social Insurance (National Pension, Health Insurance and Unemployment Insurance)
 Visa sponsorship and accommodation are available
 Training opportunities, monthly training sessions, lesson quality checks to develop teaching techniques

Vacation and Holidays:
 2 days off per week (Sunday and 1 week day)
 National Holidays
 Paid vacation:
1. Golden Week (7 days)
2. Summer Vacation (7 days)
3. Winter Vacation (5 days)
4. Leave as stipulated in Japanese Laborer’s Law

REQUIREMENTS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prospective Applicant Requirements:
 Must be a native-level speaker
 Friendly, flexible and constructive
 Enthusiastic, professional and be willing to learn
 Must enjoy working with children and adult students
 Eager to improve one’s teaching skills
 Work well in a team

*Teaching experience is favorable, but not required

Responsibilities:
 Work 5 days per week (up to 40 working hours per week)
 Prepare lessons based on a class curriculum
 Prepare progress reports for students
 Teach classes ranging in size from 3-12 students (from pre-school to adult)
 Do office work to help the school when required
