Description

As part of the Project Management team, you will have responsibility for day-to-day project management and dealing with the company's clients, vendors and staff. You will be expected to help plan and task work schedules for Localization and Quality Control teams to ensure continuity of a timely and professional service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project Management of new Localization and Quality Control assignments.
• Handling and tasking all requests from existing clients and vendors.
• Dealing with requests from our in-house team, clients and vendors
• Managing client expectations.
• Plan, manage and control project tasks and activities.

Skills & Experience

• Localization Project Management experience.
• Excellent Organizational and Communication skills a must.
• Must be able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Previous professional experience in Localization environment essential.
• Proven knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Experience using project management software a definite advantage.
• Proficiency using CAT tools highly desired.
• Fluency in English and Japanese required. Additional Asian languages will be an advantage.
• Good awareness of Localization principles.
