【URGENT】contract-based TEFL instructor(non-tenured) (expired)

TSUDA GAKUEN Educational Foundation invites TEFL instructor who will
学校法人津田学園では、以下の事項を担って頂く「外国語としての英語教育」教
員を募集します。

- teach primary EFL classes with JTE.
　日本人英語科教員と英語科授業と担当する

- teach intensive EFL classes (between-term periods) with JTE
　日本人英語科教員と英語特別講座（長期休業中）

- help students improve their EFL skills.
　生徒の英語力向上のための個別指導に応じる。

- work with us on EFL material / curriculum development.
　本学教員と英語科教育の教材作成・授業改善を協働する。

- collaborate with us to organise and implement special programmes
outside the regular term.
　本学教員と正課外（学期外）の特別講座の検討・企画・実施を協働する。

- support our faculty jobs.
　その他の本学の求めに応じた校務補助。

at our kindergartens, primary school, junior high school, and senior
high school.
本学の幼稚園・小学校・中学校・高等学校にて。

Qualifications
応募資格

Applicants
応募者は
(1) must speak English as their first language.【Required】
　英語が第一言語（母語）であること。

(2) must have at least a BA in TESOL/TESL/TEFL or a certificate in
TESOL/TESL/TEFL.【Required】
最低、「外国語としての英語教育の学位を有する大卒」であるか、若しくは「外
国語としての英語教育を学んだことのある大卒」、であること。

(3) can and are willing to teach in English comprehensible to students.
【Required】
「児童生徒に理解できる英語」で熱意を持って授業を行うことができること。

(4) must have Japanese language skills for communication with the
recruitment staff.【Required】
(e.g. applying, entering into an agreement, to ink a contract, etc.)
法人職員との採用交渉や意思疎通に差し支えのない程度の日本語能力があること。
（例：契約交渉、契約を交わす、など）


Preference will be given to applicants
応募者が以下の事項を有していると採用を優遇します。

- with teaching experience at primary school, junior high school, or
senior high school in Japan.
日本国内の小学校か中学校か高等学校で、授業経験があること。

- with specialisation in EIKEN / TOEIC / TOEFL / IELTS (or other
recognised English proficiency assessment) course.
英検・TOEIC・TOEFL・IELTSなど資格検定試験の対策指導を行える。

- with a working knowledge in Japan.
日本国内で働くことの素養を持っていること。

- who live in Kuwana City or its environs now.
桑名市、及びその近郊に今現在居住している者。

The period of employment shall be to March 31 2019, renewable after
passing a screening, up to 2019 academic year.
2019年3月31日までの雇用契約。以降、業績評価に基づいて雇用契約を更

The monthly salary is approximately 250,000 yen(pre-tax), based on the
salary standard of TSUDA GAKUEN Educational Foundation.
月俸は、学校法人津田学園給与規定に基づき250,000円（税込）程度。

Commutation allowance will be provided based on TSUDA GAKUEN Educational
Foundation's regulation (maximum 27,000yen per month).
通勤費は、学校法人津田学園の通勤費基準により別途支給します。
（ただし、上限27,000円／月）

part-time（non-tenured）
非常勤（任期あり）

The daily salary is approximately 12,500 yen(pre-tax), based on the salary
standard of TSUDA GAKUEN Educational Foundation.
日俸は、学校法人津田学園給与規定に基づき12,500円（税込）程度。
Commutation allowance will be provided based on TSUDA GAKUEN Educational
Foundation's regulation .
通勤費は、学校法人津田学園の通勤費基準により別途支給します。
