2) Part-time Multilingual Guest Support Operation staff, 3 people

■ Job Description
Comprehensive support to our Guests from all around the world. Some of your responsibilities will include communicating with the guests on several platforms and social media (LINE, WeChat, Kakao Talk, WhatsApp), Gmail and phone effectively. Accommodate the guest needs and fulfill our role as a concierge in order to make their stay as comfortable as possible.
　　　　　　
<Job Summaries>
① Answering inquiries from travelers(guest) coming to Japan.
② Managing guests’ reservations and cancellations.
③ Managing house-cleaning reservations.
④ Handling guests’ issues when any troubles occur.
⑤ Responding to guests’ reviews.
⑥ Handling lost and founds.

■ Required Abilities
・Chinese Native
・English proficiency at TOEIC 850 and up
・Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 and up

■ Work Environment

■ Working hours
- Morning Shift, 8 hour job, 06：00～15：00（1 hour break）
- Afternoon Shift, 8 hour job, 14：30～23：30（1 hour break）
- Midnight Shift, 8 hour job, 22：00～07：00（1 hour break）

■ Salary Range
1) Full-time employee : 210,000-250,000 JPY per month
2) Part-time employee : 1,150-1,250 JPY per hour
* It may vary according to your multilingual skill.
