Overview...

A new entertainment venue will be opening in Shibuya, Tokyo this January.

The Tokyo Fight Club Bar [TFC] will host live fights, dancers, magicians, and other performers.
With its cool, urban atmosphere, top-class talent, and currency exchange services, TFC is expected to attract customers from all over the world. For this reason, we need a dedicated hall staff to welcome, assist, and serve a mainly tourist and English-speaking clientele. Individuals with a friendly demeanor, knowledge of Japan life, and prior customer service experience are highly desired.

If interested, hired hall staff will also be given opportunities to perform and act on stage when the entertainment schedule allows. Dancing, magic shows, and other types of performances are all welcome. On top of the base salary, monetary compensation will be offered for additional work and services done by performers.

Key Duties and Responsibilities...

Greet customers who come to the bar
Handle money and tabs from customers
Serve food and drinks to customers
Inform customers about shows, deals, and other venue promotions/services
Help maintain a fun, exciting atmosphere in the bar
Clean and maintain the bar and restaurant facilities
Follow directions from management
Perform live for customers, if interested

Qualifications...

Business-level English
Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills in English
Able to follow established procedures
Must have a valid work visa [Students / Working Holiday OK]

Preference will be given to applicants with previous experience in the fields customer service, tourism/hospitality, and performing arts.
