Description

English Adventure, Japan's leader in English-language outdoor programs, is hiring Team Leaders for our upcoming Summer Camp. Established in 2003, for over 10 years English Adventure has worked with over 3,000 children, teaching them teamwork, independence and loving the outdoors!

**Get paid to spend the spring and summer holiday hiking, kayaking and roasting marshmallows outdoors in Niigata Japan
**Join a team of fun-loving people from around the world
**Inspire young campers with your enthusiasm and love of nature and English

TEAM LEADER: JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Team Leader you'll be in charge of a group of six to ten campers over five sessions at camp (Each session is 5 days). Outside of joining them through camp activities such as kayaking, arts and crafts and hiking, you will be responsible for supervising your campers to ensure their entire camp experience is safe, fun, and memorable. You will sleep, eat, and play all day with your campers. After they're asleep, feel free to wind down in our staff lounge!

You may be assigned to campers who speak near-native English -- and are in fact not allowed to speak Japanese! Or you may lead a group of kids who are still learning English. For them, camp and other activities are a chance to practice and improve their English with your help. We are seeking hard-working, fun, and energetic English-speaking staff of any nationality.
Location

English Adventure's Camps take place in beautiful Tsunan, Niigata. Deep in the heart of northern Japan, you can wake up every morning with a sunrise view of the valley of Tsunan and breathe in fresh Niigata air.
