Customer Service Assistant in Fukuoka for Real Estate

Job Specs:
• Full-time employee (trial period: 3 months)
• Working hours: 09:00-18:00
• Holidays / Vacation: 2 days off per week (120 Days off per Year), 5-day weekly shift system including weekends and national holidays
• Annual income: ¥3,360,000 ~ ¥3,900,000 (Roughly ¥280,000 ~ ¥325,000 per month)
• Bonus: Once a year after being appointed as a regular employee (Dependant on Performance)
• Social Insurance: Health Insurance, Employee Pension, Unemployment Insurance, Worker's Accident Insurance
• Work place: Tenjin, Fukuoka

About the role:
Your primary responsibility will be to work as a part of our English Customer Service Team to answer English inquiries from both new customers as well as existing tenants. Although tenants will be English-speaking, you must be able to communicate with coworkers in Japanese efficiently.
• Answer emails, phone inquiries, and social media inquiries from new customers related to moving into our apartments
• Assist new customers in scheduling apartment viewings and assist in the handling of new customers’ application process
• Answer tenant inquiries related to apartment lease contracts
• Log repair and living-related inquiries of existing tenants and help to resolve the issues
• Help handle contract cancellations with existing tenants
• Assist in checking the English Contract submissions
• Other ad hoc tasks including but not limited to Japanese-to-English translation requests

Customer Service Assistant Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of work experience in an office environment, preferably in a function related to real estate or contracts with customer service experience
• Fluent in English and Tagalog and Business-Level Japanese or above (JLPT N2+)
• May be required to provide transcript and recommendations upon request

賃貸マンション「ビレッジハウス」の新規顧客と既存入居者の両方からのタガログ語の問い合わせ対応やサポート

・入居に関する新規顧客からのメール・電話・SNSの対応
・物件内見のスケジュール調整
・賃貸契約に関する対応・申込の対応
・既存入居者様からの修繕・生活関連の問い合わせの対応
・家賃収納・督促に関する問い合わせの対応
・解約に関する問い合わせの対応
※チーム内・社内間では日本語でコミュニケーションを取る必要があります

必要な業務経験
(語学力) 英語:流暢、タガログ語:流暢、日本語:上級(ビジネス会話レベル)
(PCスキル) Excel、Wordがある程度使いこなせる方 ビジネスメールに慣れている方
(その他) 日本の企業で2年以上勤務経験がある方

雇用・勤務形態
・正社員 雇用 (試用期間:3ヶ月)

年収 336 ~ 390万円
・年俸制(月収28万円 ~ 32.5万円)
・月収のうち固定残業代52,370円 ~ 60,786円
・上記に賞与(実績による)が加わる

勤務時間:09:00-18:00
・週休2日 シフト制、土日祝日の出勤を含みます。

勤務地:福岡県 福岡市 「天神駅」より徒歩5分
