WING Inc. is now hiring Full-time English teacher at a
Private Junior and Senior High School in Central Tokyo starting from April 2019

Position: Full-time Teaching position at a Private JHS/SHS in Bunkyo Ward

Location: Bunkyo Ward, Tokyo
Grade level: Both Junior and Senior High School students
Starting date: April 2019
Schedule: 5 working days in a week including Saturdays
Working hours: 8 hours a day between 8:00-17:00
Flex schedule based on school demand.
1 year renewable contract depending on performance

Duties:
maximum of 20 lessons per week
Teaching several types of English subjects (such as cross cultural education class, comprehensive English class, English expression class etc.)
About 26 to 36 students per class (depending on class)
Team teaching and / Solo teaching
Grading, checking homework’s
Making tests
Grade input to schools system
Creating lesson plans & teaching materials (organized and filed digitally) and implementing them in class (Curriculum usually changes every year based on students levels and needs)
Essay writing lesson to seniors in preparation for college examination
Oral communication lesson
Eiken and IELTS Prep course (writing and speaking)
TOEIC Prep course
Attend English camps out of town
Study group courses
Attend school events on Saturdays (Open school, Sports day, etc.)
Overseas trip with students if requested by school

Compensation and Benefits:
-Monthly base of 260,000yen including perfect attendance bonus except for August and December.
(August is 60% of base salary, December is 80% of base salary)
-Transportation fee will be reimbursed up to 20,000yen monthly
-Social Health insurance, Pension and unemployment insurance will be applied.
-approximately one month off in August for summer holiday.
-Approximately 2-3 weeks off in December to January for winter holiday.
-National holidays, Sundays are paid off.
-Paid holidays will be applied after working for 6 months straight
-VISA sponsorship available

Requirements:
Must be a Native English Speaker
Must hold a minimum Bachelor’s Degree
Must be friendly, outgoing, and easy to work with
Must be positive thinker, be a team player
Knowledgeable in Science field is a plus
teaching experience at a JHS and SHS a plus
TESOL, TEFL, CELTA certification a plus
Preference will be given to candidates with a Master’s degree and/or Teaching license
VISA sponsorship available for qualified candidates already living in Japan
