Shin ei Real-estate Business is a Building Management Company with many branches around Japan and the main branch located in Shinjuku.

Shin-ei is currently looking for part-time workers for two of their properties located in Osaka and one located in Kyushu.

People of any nationality accepted!

We have two properties that require part time cleaning staff in Osaka.

One is a Hotel in Naniwa ward that needs cleaning staff for room cleaning.
Duties will include making beds, dusting, cleaning bathroom and other jobs necessary to keep the hotel and it's rooms clean.

People that can work weekends and other holidays needed!

The hotel is of a three minute walking distance from Ookunimachi station.
Working hours: 10:00-15:00 (break for 30 minutes)
Work by shifts, 2~5 days a week
Pay: 1050-1250 per hour.
Please consult us about working days.
Transportation fees will be provided

Second property that needs cleaning staff is our branch office building located in Shinsaibashi,
Located five minutes from Shinsaibashi Station.
General cleaning where you work by shifts.
Working hours: 7:00~12:30 (break for 30 minutes)
Work by shifts
Pay: 1000~1150 per hour

Transportation fees will be provided

Third property, a hotel located near Sasebo station in Nagasaki, needs a room cleaning staff.
General cleaning where you work by shifts.
Working hours: 10:00~15:00
Work by shifts
Pay: 762~ per hour

Foreigners and Japanese are welcome to apply. However for foreigners a valid working visa is needed. We will sponsor a prolongation when needed.
