■ Current Job Opening
Part-time multilingual Guest Support Operations staff, 4 people

■ Job Description
We offer a comprehensive support to guests, handle each tasks carefully and rapidly with using several communication tools as SNS(LINE, WeChat, kakao Talk, WhatsApp), Gmail and phone effectively, and fulfill our role as a concierge in order to make their stay the best one.

① Answering inquiries from travelers(guest) coming to Japan
② Managing guests’ reservations and cancellations.
③ Managing house-cleaning reservations
④ Handling guests’ issues when any troubles occur
⑤ Responding to guests’ reviews
⑥ Handling lost and founds

■ Abilities below would be a plus
※Non-experienced are welcome. Below is a rough indication.
・Read, write and speak Chinese or Korean
・English proficiency at TOEIC 850 and up
・Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 and up

■ Work Environment
- It is an energetic and cheerful work environment with many young employees.
- About 30 workers from foreign countries are currently operating.

■ Working hours
- Morning Shift, 8 hour job, 06：00～15：00（1 hour break）
- Afternoon Shift, 8 hour job, 14：30～23：30（1 hour break）
- Midnight Shift, 8 hour job, 22：00～07：00（1 hour break）

■ Salary Range
1,150-1,500 JPY per hour
* It may vary according to your multilingual skill.
* Raise／Once a year
