Immediate Start! - Exciting position within an International School!

Kinder Kids International School is currently hiring daycare assistants for our Osaka Area Schools.

Particularly for our Osaka Bay School (JR Bentencho), Toyonaka (Hankyu Toyonaka), Tomigaoka (Gakken Naratomigaoka Station) and Takarazuka School (JR Takarazuka). We are also happy to accept applications for other locations as well so please take a look at our website and let us know a few of your preferred locations in your application.

The main responsibility is to assist our educational team in supporting our daycare program. The designated work shift is 1:30pm - 6:30pm preferably Monday to Friday or 2:00pm - 6:00pm.

We can be flexible and work with the option of a few days per week if 5 days per week is not possible as well as work within the hours suggested above. You will also be able to change your shift on a monthly basis depending on other commitments.

We can accommodate between 8 hours and 25 hours per week.

High performers in the role also have the chance to convert to a full-time working contract at a future date.

Position details

When the children attend Kinder Kids International School, they have formal class during the day and then attend our daycare program in the afternoon while their parents are at work. Daycare can involve sleep room supervision, park play, arts and crafts, afternoon snack, tending to basic care needs and much more.

This position requires a good level and understanding of written and spoken English as all of our lessons and daycare sessions are conducted in English. It is ideally suited to those who have afternoons free and would like to work with young children.

In addition to the hourly salary, we also pay for transportation costs from your home to our school and back, Paid holidays are also offered.

An initial training plan is offered with this position and training sessions are also paid for.
