We're looking for new team members in KYOTO!

Our company, “AJ InterBridge Inc.” manages, and renovates traditional machiya houses throughout Kyoto city, but we've recently opened a new hotel near Sanjo Station!

★GOZAN Hotel & Serviced Apartments★

Sophisticated & chic design, meets traditional Japanese culture – this boutique self-catering accommodation captures the undeniably rich history of Kyoto, while providing guests with residential comforts.

We are looking for anyone who is interested in Guest Services, gaining experience in the Travel/Hospitality industry, and working with a multinational team!

Job Description:
- Assist Guests in a Friendly & professional manner
- Utilize your English & Japanese skills (and any other language skill) on a daily basis
- Guest Service assistance via telephone, email, in person
- Provide assistance & ensure guest satisfaction for Guests before, during, and after their stay.


Requirement:
-- Strong command of English & Japanese
-- Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel in particular)
-- Computer skills necessary; work with computerized booking and payment system
-- Ability to work in both a team environment and independently
-- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude at all times


Working Hours:
-- Flexible work days / day offs
-- Work MINIMUM 3 days/per week (number of days, hours are open for discussion)
-- Work shifts will be based on a monthly shift schedule

OTHER Details:
-- 3 month training (Salary: 1,000 yen/per hour during training period)
-- 1,150 yen/per hour after training has been completed
