NB International Kindergarten is the place for you if you enjoy spending time with children, are energetic, flexible, reliable and are happy to be part the team. We provide a fun, relaxed, and supportive work environment. A commitment to work until at least the end of the school year (March) is expected.

Compensation / Work Schedule:
・Compensation: Part time: M-F,5,000 Yen / lesson. Sat 6,000 Yen / lesson
closing day is on the 20th, payment will be given end of each month.
・Transportation will be reimbursed separately. 1,500 Yen is maximum amount per day with receipt.
・Location: NB International kindergarten in Shizuoka city.
・Work Hours: lessons start and finish 16:00 PM- 18:00 PM. (M-F 2hrs/day) 10:00AM - 12.00AM(Sat)
・You will be expected to arrive no later than 10 minutes before classes begin in order to prepare.
・Work Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Job Description:
・Students are well behaved and know the routine.
・Bad behavior in the class is not tolerated and appropriate action is taken.
・Deliver 2 hours group lessons (maximum of 8 students/ class) divided by level.
・Prepare for the lessons (set up the classroom, review lesson plans, clean up materials)
・Check student's digital book readings and make comments on them before the class starts.
・Work together with school staff to provide high quality lessons and customer service.
・Write comments on daily reports.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
・Deliver special lessons and participate in seasonal events.
・You will receive lesson plans, textbook, workbook and writing book for your lessons.
・All lesson related materials will be ready for use at each school location.
・Please talk to parents after each lesson.

Qualification Requirements:
We are seeking instructors for our international team who
・are native (or native-level) English speakers.
・are CURRENTLY living in Japan and can attend interviews in Shizuoka city.
・are culturally sensitive, professional, and have excellent communication skills.
・are interested in and passionate about teaching children (students 5 - 12 years old).
・can easily build a rapport with young students and their families.
