Description

Are you looking for the opportunity to work with a company that sees its instructors as valuable employees and offers significant opportunities to develop yourself and your career? This is an opportunity to work in a high-tech, high-potential role.

Rosetta Stone Learning Center has always been the industry leader in technology, and now we are preparing to deploy an entirely new business based around online teaching. This is an opportunity to join a small, dynamic team at the outset, and to take a role in shaping the future of the education industry. You’ll be teaching both in school lessons and on-line lessons using our new digital platform.

We believe that the best customer service comes from having employees who are happy and well motivated in their jobs. ‘Customer Second’ enables motivated and dedicated instructors to excel in the classroom, while also having the opportunity to develop their careers in the fields of teaching, curriculum development, operations management, training and HR, and IT.

The successful candidate should have a strong teaching ability with at least two years of experience. They will also require a flexible classroom approach and the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations. While not necessary, some experience with teaching online classes would be a major plus. We also seek to take people on for long-term careers with us, so you should have a demonstrable commitment to Japan.
