Math /English Teacher / Administrator (expired)

We are currently looking for Math / English teachers and/or an administrator to work either on a part-time basis at our English school located in Setagaya, Tokyo.

We take pride in being responsible for our students developing their English skills and achieving exceptional results. The perfect candidate will be a qualified, university-educated, and experienced native English speaker with a passion for education.

Job description:

1) Deliver interactive Math lessons online to elementary and junior high school students
(private or group lessons, online or on-site)
2) Conduct administrative work, which includes syllabus design and curriculum development at the office in Sakurashinmachi (GLICC)
4) Cover lessons and act as the point of contact for education in Japan and overseas
5) May also be asked to cover English lessons

Requirements:

- Background in Math
- Native English speakers preferred
- Teaching experience preferred


Salary will be 3,000 yen to 6,000yen per hour for part-time.
(depending on experience and size of the class)
(wages paid for administrative duties will be lower than wages for teaching duties)

There will be a two-month probationary period in the beginning. Employees may request time off over summer and winter.
