Early Childhood/Elementary Educators and Substitute Teachers (expired)

Hayama International School is currently accepting applications for certified elementary teachers, early childhood educators, substitute teachers who can work in Hayama campus in Kanagawa or Shirokane campus in Tokyo.

Current opportunities:

● Childhood Educator (2-6 years old) in Hayama, Kanagawa or Shiorkanedai, Tokyo
Multi-age classroom teacher
One preschool opening in September 2018

● Teachers in both Hayama, Kanagawa and Shirokane, Tokyo
Teaching experiences preferred.
Certifications are not required.

Applicants should consider applying based on the following requirements:

● For Early Childhood Educators, applicants with any degree and/or teacher/daycare license will be considered first.

●At least two years of experience as a qualified classroom teacher in an international school offering child-centered programs similar to Hayama International School.

●A commitment to collaborating with colleagues to make learning connected and meaningful.
　
●A commitment to serving in diverse school environment (languages, cultures, academic readiness and needs of students).

●Ability to provide the highest standards in child safety and protection.

Our location is excellent for outdoor-minded enthusiasts. We are located overlooking the ocean and have various parks and hiking trails within a few minutes walk from the school.
