Borderlink is currently seeking energetic, adventurous and committed ALTs (Assistant Language Teachers) for part-time elementary school positions starting immediately in both Arakawa Ward and Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. We provide competitive salaries and a level of support unparalleled among ALT companies. Yearly schedules will be provided at the start or the year to assist in organizing work for the potential candidate.

Position details are as follows according to different wards:
Setagaya Ward:
Teaching days: ranging from 2-4 days a week, starting immediately to March 2018
Hours: Shift-based, maximum of 6 hours between 8:00 to 18:00
Specifics: Daily wages are secured even when ALTs are scheduled to teach as little as three or four 45 minute lessons in the day possibly freeing up your day for other work schedules. Lessons are presented through a unique computer based learning scheme with minimal prep involved.

Arakawa Ward:
Teaching days: generally 3-4 days a week from the start of May 2017 through the end of January 2018
Hours: 8:15 to 16:45
Specifics: The ALT will teach preset lessons focused on active language use through song, chants and language based activities.

Interviews will be held in our offices or over Skype from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Saturday.
