We are a well-established leading International Preschool in Motoazabu
We seek a bilingual, native Japanese speaker with excellent English communication skills to join us as a part-time office worker to help with general office work, marketing (in Japanese) and to provide assistance to School Management as needed.
Working hours are between 14 to 20 hours a week, to be arranged sometime between
8:00 am and 4:30 pm from 2 to 5 days per week. Based on your availability you can set your schedule to accommodate your needs.
We are looking for a candidate who,
- is well organized and independent,
- has extensive back office experience,
- has pleasant friendly and polished reception and telephone manner,
- is skilled with Mac and Windows (including Excel and Word),
- has experience in light bookkeeping including invoicing, account receivable,
- is able and willing to learn and develop
We run a busy, two-three person office and the candidate must be able to be organized and work independently in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a long-term commitment and for a dedicated person to join our team.
It is very important that this person is poised and confident and able to occasionally represent our company and it's owners very well in the community and to Officials and municipal government.
Pre-school/youchien education industry experience is a definite asset but not a necessity. Demonstrated excellent English and Professional level Japanese verbal and written skills are required.
For the right person this position may lead to management level opportunity within the organisation.
Starting salary range 1000 to 1500 per hour depending on experience and competencies.
