History and culture:
Atlanta English School was founded in 2012 to be an alternative learning environment for English education. Combining traditional teaching philosophies with innovative techniques, fun learning materials, reasonable prices, and top-notch teachers and staff who are focused on customer service, we have grown into one of the busiest English schools in Meito Ward while continuing to retain our small school atmosphere.

We are looking for English teaching professionals who will be committed to joining us in fulfilling our mission: Creating positive change in people and in our community. At our school, people are first. That means our students, but it also means us. As teachers and staff, our goal is to improve. We have an ongoing training and professional development system which aims to make each teacher the best teacher they can be. Newer teachers will gain valuable insight and skills through our mentoring program. Incoming widely-experienced teachers will also be trained as newer teachers, but will be asked to contribute what they’ve learned in their prior experiences to share the knowledge with less-experienced teachers. We strive to give the best lessons in the most comfortable learning environment, and to contribute positively to our community through monthly and yearly events.

Please apply through Gaijinpot.com or at info@atl-school.com and state why you are interested in teaching English at our school and whether you want to work part-time or full-time hours. If your qualifications are a good match for our school, we will contact you for an interview.

Thank you for your interest in our school! We hope to hear from you!
